First step to finding the perfect fit is to measure!

bust.

Hint: Measure over the fullest part of your chest to get an accurate measurement.

waist.

Hint: Measure the narrowest part of your body between the top of the hip bone and bottom on the ribs.

hips.

Hint: Measure around the fullest part of the hip and keep the measuring tape straight. 

Once you have confirmed your measurements you can compare them to the size guide as shown.

what is the fit like?
The Avalon Smock Dress is made to have an oversized, boxy fit.

where to look for the best fit.

Hint: You can find the best fit if it sits comfortably across the top of the shoulder, under the arm and across the bust.

when to size up.

Hint: If it is pulling tight under the arm and it is not relaxed. If the dress is tight or pulling around the bust. If the dress is riding or pulling up on the front.
