Our Alex Knit Pants are a wide leg loose fitting and medium weight fabric pant. These pants are designed to be high waisted. We would suggest this design for you if you are someone who likes a loose, relaxed pant with a soft waist band. Our size recommendation is exactly that, a recommendation and is based on general sizing. Please keep in mind everyone's fit preference and body is different.

Eligibility for Returns

• Refunds: Submit your return request within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are not available for items bought with a discount code, sale, bundles, or with a free gift—these are only eligible for store credit or exchange.
• Store Credit or Exchange: You have up to 30 days from the fulfillment date to request a return.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of animal hair, stains, or perfume. Items that don’t meet these requirements will be returned to the sender.

How to Return

1. Visit our Returns Portal.
2. Enter your order details.
3. Select your preferred return option (store credit, exchange, or refund if eligible).
4. Generate a return label and send your item back to our warehouse.

Return Fees

A return label fee of $14.99 applies. This covers the cost of shipping your return to us. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost to send the new item to you.
