Grab a soft fabric tape measure. Stand naturally, feet together. Measure over underwear or a single lightweight layer for the most accurate results.
The Three Measurements That Matter
Place the tape close under the armhole at the fullest part of your bust. Measure from side seam, around and back to the same side seam.
Keep the tape parallel to the floor — snug but not tight.
Measure at the narrowest point — usually 2–3 cm above your belly button. Place the tape from side seam, around and back.
Exhale naturally before taking the measurement.
Place the tape approximately 20 cm below your natural waistline at the fullest part of your hips. Measure all the way around.
Stand with feet together for the most accurate result.

The dress is very easy to throw on. I sized down this time. I previously bought the purple Frankie in SM and noticed the top near the neck just looked quite big so I was brave and got the XS this time praying it would fit! The sleeves aren’t as tight as I thought they might be. The length is absolutely perfect! Very happy with my purchase and with sizing down. I am a ML in TLC pants and usually get between an xs and sm for tops depending on the style. I am usually between a 12 or 14 AU depending on the style and brand of what I’m wearing.
A great little mini dress that will become a strong favourite. So many different ways to style it! Lovely and flowing and will be perfectin the warmer months.
