I am currently 34 weeks pregnant and purchased both the S/M and M/L as I wasn't sure which one would fit better! I ended up keeping the S/M as it fit better around my bust and the length was perfect. For reference I am usually between a size 10-12 and 166cm tall!

Love the fit, style and quality of this dress. My only criticism would be that it’s not quite long enough (I’m 178cm tall)
