We kindly request that you familiarise yourself with our returns policy to ensure your eligibility for a return before proceeding.
Please note that returns must be initiated by the original purchaser using the original email address used for the purchase. In the event that you are unable to locate your order number, kindly reach out to us at email@example.com, and our team will be glad to assist you.
What is your returns policy for Full Price Orders?
THIS POLICY APPLIES TO ORDERS WITHOUT DISCOUNT CODES OR SALE ITEMS.
• We offer a full refund to your original payment method, Exchange (for AU customers) OR credit notes on all unworn, unwashed full priced merchandise returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• For hygiene reasons, we ask that you try on swimwear over underwear. Please DO NOT remove the protective adhesive strip before trying on. If we believe the hygiene sticker has been removed or tampered with, your return will not be accepted.
These store credits have a 4 year expiry.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You must lodge a return and ship the merchandise back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.
• ALL return postage costs are at the customer expense. We recommend that you use a traceable delivery service and retain the proof of postage.
• If you use a discount code this policy does not apply to you - you will only be eligible for a store credit.
Gift cards are NOT redeemable for cash refunds.
What is your discount code returns policy?
Discounted Order Policy (Orders with ANY form of discount applied)
This applies to orders using any form of discount code & sale items (excludes warehouse, final sale or sample sale)
- You are welcome to return your sale or discounted merchandise or to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for an online gift voucher or exchange (for AU customers only).
- For hygiene reasons, we ask that you try on swimwear over underwear. Please DO NOT remove the protective adhesive strip before trying on. If we believe the hygiene sticker has been removed or tampered with, your return will not be accepted.
- We DO NOT offer exchange - if you wish to replace your size you may do so by using your store credit.
- Discount codes have no cash value and if a return is made, your online store credit will be the amount that you paid – total amount at checkout less the value of the discount code.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable & are the responsibility of the customer

Do I have to pay for my return/exchange postage?
Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, and this cost is non-refundable. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend using a traceable mailing method for returning items. It is important to note that The Lullaby Club will only process returns for items that are actually received by our team. Therefore, we strongly advise customers to request proof of postage at the time of mailing their return.

Do you offer Exchanges
At this time, we can only facilitate exchanges for items that are of the same type, colour, and price as the original purchase. If the desired item is out of stock, we are pleased to offer you the option of receiving store credit instead.
Please be aware that any shipping costs associated with exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding regarding these conditions.
