A size label is not always an accurate measurement of a woman’s body. The number on any label does not account for the height or shape of the woman wearing.

When fitting yourself with a garment, the number on the tag is not necessarily reflective of how you like your clothes to fit. Maybe you like your clothes to be loose and flowing—or maybe you like them to be more fitted.

Fit Terms:

Oversized: To be worn loose, with a relaxed silhouette

Standard fit: True to size, classic fit

Tips for selecting your size:

1. Measure your body.

2. When purchasing clothing, buy items that fit you, not items whose size you think will fit. Choose your size based on your own measurements, not on standard sizing reccomendations.

3. Check our 'fit recommendations' tab in the product description.

4. If you have questions about your size, don't hesitate to email our customer service team. We are here to help you find the perfect fit.

Domestic orders are shipped from our HQ in Brisbane, Australia.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after purchase. We do not ship on weekends or Public holidays.

• We offer a full refund to your original payment method OR credit notes on all unworn, unwashed full priced merchandise returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.

These store credits have a 4 year expiry.

• We DO NOT offer exchange - if you wish to replace your size you may do so by using your store credit.

• Please note that we only offer exchanges for items of the same type, colour and price. If an item is out of stock, you may select store credit instead. Shipping on returned items is at your expense. Exchanges are for AU domestic orders only

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• You must lodge a return and ship the merchandise back to our warehouse within 30 days of delivery date.

• Return postage costs are at the customer expense. 

This applies to orders using any form of discount code & sale items (excludes warehouse or sample sale)

• You are welcome to return your sale or discounted merchandise or to us within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for an online gift voucher.

• For hygiene reasons, we ask that you try on swimwear over underwear. Please DO NOT remove the protective adhesive strip before trying on. If we believe the hygiene sticker has been removed or tampered with, your return will not be accepted.

• We DO NOT offer exchange - if you wish to replac your size you may do so by using your store credit.
